Help with the Kensora app

If something in the app is broken, confusing, or not behaving the way you expect, email hello@kensora.io.

The app has its own site at kensora.io, with its own support page at kensora.io/support. The app itself is on the App Store.

Questions about Project Kensora

For questions about the open source program, the license plan, the contributor agreement, or anything else on this site, email hello@kensora.io. When the public repository opens, public issues and discussions will arrive with it, and most project conversation will move there. Until then, email is the whole front door.

Security and safety reports

Anything that could expose user data, weaken encryption, or compromise a device or account gets a private front door, and so do weaknesses in Kensora's safety features, such as wording that should cause the app to show support resources but does not. Email security@kensora.io, and never file a public report: the content of these reports often cannot be posted safely in an open space.

Conduct concerns

Expectations for behavior in the project's future community spaces are set out in the code of conduct. When those spaces open, conduct reports will be handled privately, and retaliation against a reporter is itself a violation. A dedicated reporting route will publish with the repository.

Press and brand

Press and media questions go to hello@kensora.io. The Kensora name, mark, and logo are reserved, and the details are on the License page. Please do not use the Kensora logo without permission. Truthful reference to the project by name is always welcome.
